— Welcome to a year-long monthly per­for­mance series by Frida Marida at Teaterkjeller’n! In collaboration with Karmaklubb*. This is vol. 2: ‘Fri Da Bites’, Saturday, 28 March 2026. — Have you ever been told you chew too loud? Maybe you have been annoyed yourself by someone else’s musical eating? Well, I dare you to come by, and compete to win by annoying a full row of misophonic judges. We’ll make music out of it, and who knows, maybe there will be some cool things to win too.

The Frida Marida Shows is a monthly performance series where Frida Marida hosts bold, humorous, and politically charged musical events that turn the audience into active participants. Every episode is built around a unique theme, combining music, camp performance, body-instrument techniques (Frida’s nipples, steering wheels, ass percussion), voting, competitions, live jury panels, and unexpected prizes. The atmosphere is playful, queer, and socially aware — each night blending entertainment with commentary on censorship, identity, honesty, and body politics. The audience becomes part of the show: They vote through bar purchases, join competitions, mingle, take breaks, and engage with Frida’s world of humour, activism, and unapologetic openness. Every event lasts around two hours and creates a safe space for joy, exploration, and community.
